Need suggestions for adult dinner

some of our most memorable meals have been at California Grill. No, they aren't sushi heavy...they just have some on the menu. The food is great...watching fireworks from our table was amazing...and Chef Brian made us some amazing cakes.

#2 would have to be Narcoosee's...it was wonderful...food, location, ambience. It's a new favorite for us.

SO glad to see that someone mentioned Citrico's! It's our 2nd favourite restaurant in all of WDW (After CG). We actually held the reception dinner for our daughter's wedding there several years ago, and everyone still comments on the truly fine meal and outstanding service.

You forgot the Blue Zoo. That and Shula's would be where I'd go. In fact, it's where we are going in early May!!

Thinking about booking a meal here...whats good on the menu? Do they do a lot of sushi (we are NOT sushi fans)....what time would be the best to be able to see the fireworks?

That have a bit of sushi on the menu - and it is really good sushi - but there are tons of options that aren't sushi

When we went there they had a special appetizer of Lobster risotto which was phenomenal and I got the pork tenderloin with goat cheese pollenta which was really, really good

re: fireworks, people have different views as to the best time. Last time we went we had our reservation for close to the fireworks time so that we could get a drink to start the meal and watch the fireworks and then eat ... but I have heard planning so that the fireworks are near your dessert time works well (and the wait staff there is good about holding food, etc. so that you can go watch the fireworks)
