Need suggestion for Moms B-day at WDW

We are going to WDW Sept.25 - Oct.3. Were staying at the All Star Movies. My moms b-day is Sept. 27 and I am trying to come up with ideas for her b-day. My 2 kids 11 & 13 will also be going. Basicly it's our first trip to WDW. (Mom & I were there in 76). She likes Tigger and the rest of the Pooh characters, but she doesn't like Mickey or Minnie. She happens to be a HUGE Snoopy fan. So, I am having a little dificulty with this. She also LOVES to garden (flowers). Any ideas would greatly be appreciated!!! Thanks Gina
