It's a promotion for this week. Stay at a Disney hotel and request one THIS WEEK you will get one when you go to the park. You have to book through the Disney Company.

So did the people I talked to. According to the VMK booth workers at the Disneyland park they say if you book and/or have booked THROUGH the DISNEY COMPANY you can request one. It's a promotion for this week.
