I would just pay points for one member of your family and pay cash for the other . I wouldn't add points to do DCL .

Any extra points left over you can rent or transfer . I liked transferring points its much less risk involved . I posted up 59 point it was gone the next day for $11 pp . I though it would have taken a bit longer it was super fast and easy . I not saying every time you'll find a buyer so fast but seems to be fairly easy to do .
