I am ready to get back on track for the one hundredth time
I have really struggled the past few months. But I have a distinctive goal now - WDW in just 4 short months!
I bought a cute disney dress today and I want to fit in it when my trip rolls around. Additionally I want to be able to go, go, go at the parks without carrying around all this extra weight. (Not to mention not cringe at every picture this time.
) I have been working out a specific plan for DH and I along with exercise. My hang up is lunch. What do you eat for lunch? I'm looking for low calorie fare and preferably fairly easy. The things I've had in the past just don't appeal to me now and I'd like to have something that I can both look forward to and feel satisfied with after I'm done. I'd really appreciate any suggestions.
