I am ready to get back on track for the one hundredth time :guilty: I have really struggled the past few months. But I have a distinctive goal now - WDW in just 4 short months! I bought a cute disney dress today and I want to fit in it when my trip rolls around. Additionally I want to be able to go, go, go at the parks without carrying around all this extra weight. (Not to mention not cringe at every picture this time. :teeth: ) I have been working out a specific plan for DH and I along with exercise. My hang up is lunch. What do you eat for lunch? I'm looking for low calorie fare and preferably fairly easy. The things I've had in the past just don't appeal to me now and I'd like to have something that I can both look forward to and feel satisfied with after I'm done. I'd really appreciate any suggestions. :goodvibes:

I've been eating Lean Cusine Meals, protein smoothies, or a turkey sandwich with a cup of soup for lunch. I like knowing exactly how many calories/fat grams I'm consuming which is why I love the Lean Cusine Meals. Congrats on getting started!

Lean Cuisine, most of the time, and sometimes a salad with a can of tuna, salmon or shrimp, with some low-cal dressing.

Hi! :wave2:

I'm also going to WDW in just 4 short months. We'll be there from 10/4-10/9 and we're staying at POP. I am trying to lose 40 pounds or so, before we go, too. Would you be interested in becoming e-mail pals? I could really use the support and encouragement from a fellow Disney nut (as I call myself often). If you're interested, just PM me and let me know.

Salad sometimes with a can of chicken.
One slice of bread/toast with 1 Tablespoon of crunchy peanut butter.
One container of cottage doubles (cottage cheese and fruit), with veggies a bit later as a "snack."
cheese cubes and a slice of turkey.
hb egg with veggies after a time as a sort of "snack."

The times I have veggies I try to use those a bit after I have eaten the first part of my meal as I can stem the hungries if I spread out my meal a bit.

Hope you can figure out something to keep you interested.
