Need Some Suggestions For a Couple of Meals Please!

OK.....Here's who will be going:
Me(35), DH(33), DD(6) & DD(2)
My parents
My Brother(39) & SIL(38)

We will be on the dining plan for 7 nights in Sept. I have a most of my ADR's made already but I need a few suggestions for Arrival night dinner and last night dinner. This is what I have so far:

Sat: Arrival Day--want to do a CS for dinner. Any suggestions??? We are staying at POFQ.

Sun: (Magic Kingdom) CS meal, Dinner at Cindy's Gala Feast @ GF

Mon: (Epcot) CS @ Sunshine Seasons, Dinner @ Le Cellier

Tues: (AK) CS meal, Dinner @ Beaches & Cream

Wed: (MGM) CS @ Backlot Express, Dinner @ 50's Prime Time Cafe....or would you change and do Mama Melrose????

Thurs: (MK) TS Breakfast @ 1900 PF, Dinner @ Whispering Canyon

Fri: Free day to go to any park. CS meal. This is the night I need a suggestion for dinner. DH & I do not like seafood but the rest of our party does. Please help w/ suggestions!!!

Sat: Departure Day--late afternoon. Possibly CS @ Earl of Sandwich.

For your arrival night, I would suggest:
Boatwrights at POR - you would get to see POR, take the boat there from POFQ, the food is good and different. It's not a CS, but I think you'd enjoy it.
OR
Take the boat to DtD and eat at Wolfgang Puck Express

For last night, I would suggest Boma or 'Ohana.

I would stick with Prime Time unless you want the Fantasmic Dinner package, then I would switch to MM.

Why don't you do Earl of Sandwich on the arrival night if you really want to do a CS? You could walk around DTD afterwards. If you don't HAVE to do CS, I would also suggest trying Boatwrights. We generally like to stay around the resort the day we arrive.

For your last night, I think Boma would be nice. Or Kona Cafe at the Poly is a great place, too.
