Need some prayers and PD quick!

Hey all. I've noticed that I've been having a lot of 'problem' threads lately, but I guess this is just a tough year for me. So anyways, my mom called me after school this afternoon and said that my friend's mom would be picking me up and dropping me off at my grandma's house after my play rehearsal. I was okay about that, but when I asked her why, she said she was sick. Alright, she gets sick a lot, whatever. So I'm at my grandma's and my dad called to say he's taking my mom to the hospital! I was in shock. They don't know what's wrong, but she's got a high fever, and is basically feeling yucky. So my brother Daniel (who may I remind you is Autistic, and has no idea what's going on) has had a really bad day, and is in a terrible, scream and cry mood. So I'm in charge of him, along with my grandma who can't take care of him by herself. To make a long story short, I have to admit, I'm scared. I have no idea what's going to happen with Daniel, and no one knows what's up with Mom, but I'm hoping not anything really bad. I need some prayers and pixie dust quick, because I don't know when the next call from Dad will be, and I need good thoughts before I totally break down in front of my family who needs me now. Thank you everybody, I really need some support!

I know all about being scared and worried, my mothers been in and out of the hospital a lot since I was 5 years old, and my fiance's nephew almost died in March. I'm sure it's nothing, just the flu or something. Try renting a movie for your brother and talking to him, I used to babysit very cranky kids and tweens.

Hey guys. Thanks so much for your prayers. My mom just called, she's doing well. The worst case scenario would be that she has lime disease, but the doctors would catch it fast, and she could take medicine for it. And Daniel's doing okay, he's watching TV (and lots of it, he's hogging the TiVo!) Thanks again for the prayers and everything!
