Need some pixie dust and good thoughts

This is the first time I've ever asked for good thoughts on this board before but feel I really need it this time.

My work situation is really bad - company is going downhill fast, people leaving right and left, and I'm stuck getting dumped on with tons of work and stress. I've been looking and have gone on a couple of interviews but haven't found what is right for me yet.

This is the first time in 27 years of working that I'm actively looking for a job (with both my previous two employers I was layed off due to closing the location or position).

Needless to say I'm a little scared but more than ready to move. In fact I just sent my resume via Monster to a position I think would be perfect for me.

So to all my DIS friends if you can spare a minute during the next couple of days to send a good thought my way it would be greatly appreciated. I know very well the power of prayer and realize there are many, many who need prayers much worse than I. All I ask is for a little bit of pixie dust that I may find a new position that will make me happy (and allow me to keep taking trips to Disney).

Mary, I've been in your shoes and know how hard it is. I especially know how important it is to want the job that's right for you, and not just take any old job. It took me a long time (years!) before I finally found the job I am happy in. Good luck to you and take care of yourself. (Maybe make yourself one of those yummy chocolate desserts from the 2004 calendar!!! )
