If I could get some help on this I would be thankful. My wife , my son, and myself will be in the WORLD this sept., we are trying some new places to eat. So if I could get some honest feedback, good or bad it would help.

Liberty Tree Tavern.
Flame Tree Barbecue.
Cantina de San Angel.
Chef Mickey's.
Le Cellier.

Those are the new ones we are thinking about doing. Thank you for your input.:thanks:

We have been to the Flame Tree in AK and absolutely loved it. We were on the DDP and you get a lot of food in one of the combo meals. Our DD(11) got the fruit plate, it was huge, and we all shared some of the fruit. We really enjoyed sitting outside by the water during our meal too.

We also really like Chef Mickey's. I know that it gets some bad reviews but we thought that the food was good, dessert was great. We also really enjoyed the Character interaction, the kids had a blast. It was a busy place and definitely not a quiet dinner but we had a great time and have reservations for our next trip.

LTT was alright. The characters were good. The food was okay. If I wasn't on the dining plan it wouldn't have been worth it to me.
FTBBQ is fantastic. I wish it was inside, but that's my only complaint.
Cantina is so much better than San Angel Inn.
Chef Mickey's food is pretty good for a buffet. Character interaction is great.
Le Cellier is by far my favorite restaurant at WDW. The mushroom filet is spectacular, the bread is great, everything is wonderful.

All of these choices are great! If you haven't tried them before I would do it at least once. :) Enjoy!!:thumbsup2

Chef Mickey's and LeCellier were both good, but not to die for.
I would go back to either one. I thought LeCellier was a bit expensive for the quality of the food. It was good, but not spectacular.

I hope these restaurants have availability for September. Most of September is during Free Dining and most restaurants are booked. I can almost guarantee Le Cellier and Chef Mickey and LTT are booked. Most of the real popular TS restaurants have been booked since 180 + 10. If they're not, go for it! They are all great restaurants. If I were you, I'd call ASAP for your ADR's.

Good luck! Here's some pixie dust for you! pixiedust:

Liberty Tree Tavern: we enjoy this restaurant with the characters and family-style dining. We're eating here again in Sept.

Flame Tree Barbecue: never tried it, but we are this Sept. It has great reviews. Since Tusker House is no longer CS, this is what we're going with.

Cantina de San Angel: we LOVE this place!!! The atmosphere is what sells us, not the food. Food is alright.

Chef Mickey's: haven't tried this one, but we will when we stay at the Contemporary.

Le Cellier: we LOVE this one, too!! The food is delicious, and the service was great!

LTT - I have only done for lunch and it is outstanding. Love the crab cakes!

Flame Tree - no complaints here.

Chef Mickey's - I have only done the breakfast and while it's a noisy one, it's still a really good. Great character interaction!

Le Cellier - Good food, a bit overhyped, but I am going back there in December.

My husband and I enjoyed the Flame Tree. My friend told me her young sons were wild about the beans there. Who would have thought ... kids!

Flame Tree Barbecue. Very good food, we really like this place

Cantina de San Angel. Gross, greasy, fatty and grisley chicken thigh meat. They will not make any special exceptions here either. I wanted a taco salad with ground beef, which they have on hand for other dishes. All they had to do was hold the chicken and plop on the meat and they refused. I even offered to pay more and they said no. The kicker is there is a space behind the counter where the food comes out that reads SPECIAL ORDERS! What the heck is that for??

Chef Mickey's. Went for dinner once and the food was horrible. The character interaction was alot of fun and I would try breakfast there but never dinner

Le Cellier. Been there for lunch and dinner and always enjoy it

Thank you very much for all of your input. Thanks for the tip catho72 but I made sure we got out resi's at our 180, so we are good to go on all of these.

Again Thank You very very much....:disrocks:

Good, I'm glad you already had your ADR's. I was worried for you!

Enjoy your meals. They will be great! :goodvibes
