Need some help

We leave in 9 days and I'm still trying to figure out my ADR. Need some direction......
On the 20th we are going to Animal Kingdom in the morning and going to hollywood studio for the evening. Where would be a good place for a TS dinner. It will be me, dh, my mom and my dd (6) ds (2).

From your post I'm understanding that you haven't already booked your ADR? Correct me if I'm wrong, but if you haven't already booked, then I would say your chances of getting a TS just about anywhere are very slim. With free dining going on TS was scooped up about 90 days ago. From the reports I've been reading all TS restaurants are not taking walk-ups.

You will still be able to scoop up something. You could try anywhere at DHS or depending on your time allowance slip in for a resort meal between parks.
I was seeing CRT yesterday for September at half decent times.

You know what....if time is an issue with switching parks, you could always go to DTD and eat at WPE, which is only a CS but is really more like a TS and then keep your TS for another meal. Phew....!

I guess i was really unclear in my post. I have all my ADR made for my trip but we cancelled our original one for this day and are now looking for a replacement. Sorry for the confusion

Keep checking online. You will get what you want it just takes a little persistent!

Eat at Yak & Yeti at AK. We didn't have ressies for it & walked up and got seated no problem. The food was really good also. I got the steak & shrimp dinner with Mango Pie for dessert & it was sooo good! They are actually not a Disney Resturant they are owned by Rainforest Cafe but accept the Dining Plan.

I would suggest the Rainforest Cafe. It is at the entrance to the Animal Kingdom and would be lots of fun for your kids. Just be aware that the portions are huge. We share meals there and it's plenty of food. Enjoy!
