I would agree with Honeybehr1 on those choices. Here are some of the others on the list.

10. Piglet-2 pinks real light and pretty dark
13. Aladdin-Purple and White
14. Jasmine-Dark and Light Teal or Gold

17/18 Suzie & Perla Mouse Match their dresses
19 Belle-2 yellows
20 Beast Royal Blue and Gold
For all the rest I would match the outfits they are wearing in the pictures.

I have a link bookmarked with autographs of each character...this person also has a photo for the characters. I think looking at the photos would give you some help with the color choices. It's not that I don't want to make suggestions - it's just that my preferences might be very different than yours. I would have chosen some that are different than Honeybehr - neither is right...just different. Good luck with this!
