Need some help with school

I have to write a definition in my own words as to what inclusion is and then list the pros and cons. Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
Funny thing about this assignment is I am scheduled to sub in an inclusion classroom on Monday so I will get to see it in person, the good, bad and the ugly.
