Need some help refreshing my memory getting around WDW....

This is one of my biggest issues....I plan everything else and forget these details when I'm there...we've missed or been late to many reservations b/c of my lack of detail with transportation and how far away certain parks are from certain hotels!

Please help where you can..any help would be great!

Dinner at Ft Wilderness FROM Grand Floridian: monorail to MK to boat to FW? how much time to allot?

Dinner at Whispering Canyon FROM GF: monorail to boat to WL? OR monorail to MK to bus to WL? How much time to allot?

Dinner at Kona from GF: monorail to Poly?

Bfast at Hollywood Studios from GF: bus to HS? How much time to allot?

Dinner @ Yacht Club from GF: HELP WIth BEST IDEA!!!! How much time to allot?

Dinner @ Raglan Road from Wilderness Lodge: Bus to DTD? how much time to allot?

Dinner @ Coral Reef from WL: Bus to EPCOT? How much time to allot?

Dinner at Ft Wilderness FROM Grand Floridian: monorail to MK to boat to FW? how much time to allot?
Are you eating at Trails End? If so, the boat from the MK will drop you off at the bottom of the path that leads right to the restuarant. I would leave an hour...just to be sure.

Dinner at Whispering Canyon FROM GF: monorail to boat to WL? OR monorail to MK to bus to WL? How much time to allot?
Again, monorail to MK, then boat to WL. Nice walk up from the dock. Again, I like to leave an hour.

Dinner at Kona from GF: monorail to Poly?
Plan on it taking about 25 mins via the monorail. You can also walk to the Polynesian from the GF,but it is is bit longish.

Bfast at Hollywood Studios from GF: bus to HS? How much time to allot?
[LBus to DHS...time depends on time of day. Again, I leave an hour.

This one is tougher. You can take the monorail to the MK and then take the bus to YC. Or, bus to DHS from GF, and the boat to the YC from DHS..or walk. An hour.

Dinner @ Raglan Road from Wilderness Lodge: Bus to DTD? how much time to allot?
Bus from WL to DTD. I would leave about 90 mins only because the DTD buses can be strange. Also, get off at the second stop, not Marketplace, at DTD.


Dinner @ Coral Reef from WL: Bus to EPCOT? How much time to allot?
Absolutely. An hour.

As you can see....I tend to leave plenty of time to get around. It is SO much better to be early vs worrying about being late. The times can be tweaked a bit, but that's how I would do it. Hope this helps a bit.

Thank you so much! I really appreciate the time you took to answer all my questions! We are travelling with more than just our little family of 4 this time around and I feel responsible for everyone else! And like I said I'm notorious for not leaving enough time...and getting to places late! I've also never stayed on the monorail line and just always taken buses.

Thank you for making this easier for me!

ETA: We are going to Hoop Dee Doo the Ft Wilderness night and I know I have to leave more time for that b/c I need to be there early! But I've stayed at FW before so I know exactly where to go for that!

I would definitely walk between GF and the Poly. I think the time we timed it out, it was about 12 minutes at a not that quick pace.
