For TS we really like:

Raglan Road-DTD :thumbsup2
Wolfgang Puck Cafe-DTD :thumbsup2
Tokyo Dining-EPCOT :thumbsup2
Tutto Italia-EPCOT :thumbsup2
Kona Cafe-Poly (dinner only, haven't done breakfast) :thumbsup2
'Ohaha-Poly (breakfast only-didn't like dinner)
California Grill-Contemp
Brown Derby-DHS
Bomas-AKL (only done dinner)
Restaurant Akershus-EPCOT (B,L, or D with princesses)
50's PTC-DHS-can be hit or miss-depends on your server.
1900 Park Fare-GF (B or D)

Hope this helps.

We've done DDP 6 times so have had many TS meals!

to consider is where you will be. Traveling to different parts of the park for a meal can eat up a lot of time. What you have listed covers Epcot, DHS and something near the MK.

Tusker House is a good, solid choice. Another option neat DAK is Boma.

Ohana is a favorite of a lot of people and can be hard to book for closer in dates. I wouldn't hesitate to eat there. Other nearby places to consider are Kona Cafe at the Poly and The Wave at the Contemporary.

Some others that we like since you have a second trip would Biergarten in Epcot, House of Blues in DTD, The Plaza in MK and Cape May in the Beach Club.

Here are my recommendations:

Breakfast - Chef Mickey's or Crystal Palace (only for the character fun). Make CP reservations for 8 am so you get in before the park opens and you can wander around an empty Main Street

Lunch - Prime Time at Hollywood, Tusker House at AK

Nice Dinner - California Grill at Contemp, Artist Point at Wilderness, Jiko at AKL. I am not a Brown Derby fan because it takes 2 meal plan meals and isn't worth that IMO.

Cool Lunch or Dinner - Coral Reef

With a picky eater you may want to look into buffets.

Crystal Palace and Chef Mickeys are 2 very good ones.

I have also heard (not been to though) Cape May seafood is very good. They also have regular foods for those who aren't big seafood fans.
Not sure but maybe those can help you out.
