My son got hit in the face today (something fell on him) and it busted off the corner of his front tooth. I'm going to call the dentist tomorrow aout it. They can just make something to fill that in, right?
Yep, when my ds was about 9 or so he was practicing baseball in the school gym. He ran right into the wall and broke a piece of his front tooth off. The dentist did an amazing job filling it in and now I can't even tell which tooth it was.
my dd did it via her bike last spring! she went in so the dentist could make sure there was no damage above the gum line and he put a temp. bonding on (said the tooth needed time to recover from the shock). she went in a few weeks later for the permanant bonding, which looks great. dentist said it may need to be redone as a young adult depending on how her teeth move around.
I have had mine for 12 years now, no one can tell the difference. I lost half of my top front tooth in a freak fishing accident. Don't ask, there was a keg involved
