This is a great one using McCormick's Slow Cookers BBQ Pulled Pork Seasoning
It is so good and easy, if you work, you can start it in the morning and have it ready when you get home.

Makes 10 servings.
I usually add a little more of my favorite BBQ sauce, Bull's Eye regular sauce, just slice some large rolls, add some chips or a salad and you are set.
Another favorite of my pokeno group is- French Dip Sandwiches
Shredded roast beef from the deli
Au Jus mix from seasonings aisle (I find store brand better tahn McCormick and mix a little less water than it calls for)
Just heat above on the stovetop
Add Provolone Cheese and Mayo to a good crusty rolls/Poboy bread and have small bowls for each person to have their own "dip"- Yummy!!!!
Both of these are easy weeknight meals for my family as well. And leftovers reheat great.
As for prizes, we do CASH

but I suggest maybe a spring/summer beachy theme, how about beach towels, cool sunglasses, picnic basket, garden decorations etc. Have Fun!!! Let us know what you decide.
