I know there is a whole thread dedicated to the online dining system, but it is very painful to go through between all of the "thank yous", "i hope you get what you want", "good luck", etc. If somebody could please tell me based on their experience what worked and what did not work I would appreciate it. :flower3: I'll be your BFF and give you a Mickey Bar and some stickers.

  • I use Firefox, but I am wondering if I should use IE for making reservations?
  • Has anybody had issues with Firefox?
  • When you associate your resort reservation, is it still giving the error that it cannot be retrieved to most users or has that been worked out?
  • If I try to add the resort reservation before my window opens up, what would happen? (I am not trying to make ressies early, just wondering if there is an error or feedback telling you that it is too soon). I tried because I was curious for my window and it tells me that it cannot find my reservation. Just wondering if everybody else gets the same error.
Any other feedback you may have for me would be appreciated. My window opens soon as I am trying to be prepared as I have to get up real early for the online system.

Sorry, I can't help you as the system won't work for me at all. I phoned technical help and they thought it might be something to do with cookies or the internet browser. I have cleared the cookies..... no difference, still doesn't work. I have a mac, which uses safari but I know nothing about computers so wouldn't have a clue how to change it to anything else. I am having real trouble booking over the phone as I have a split stay so I would also be very appreciative of any help.
Thanks.

I made a helpful tips thread, but the moderators moved it into the 180+ page thread, why I don't know.....I will research the post number and post another reply for you...

I made my reservations Sunday and I never got an error message so I'm not sure what the deal is with that. I also used Firefox. I bookmarked all the restaurants that I wanted the night before so that when I got up the next morning all I had to do was bring up the first restaurant page that I had bookmarked the night before and sign in and then bring up my resort reservation number (you can do that at any time, even before your window opens up) and then I opened all the other tabs for the restaurants that I wanted and the reservation number automatically pulls in to those and you can make your reservations very quickly that way. Hope that helps!

I have a question, too. I hope you don't mind!!

Should I log in to the Disney site and pull up my ressie first, and then go through the dining page to pull up my ressie again? It looks like that's the way to be able to pull up your ADRs online later, at least from what I've read..?

If you check out the First Post of the online ADR thread there is a FAQ that covers most of your questions, it also includes a link to the post that the PP refers to.

You are, of course, welcome to start a new thread phrasing any questions that you have or even address those questions in the online ADR thread. :goodvibes

At this time though, we will maintain only one ‘official’ information thread.

Glad you found it!
Just for others who may be looking for it, there is a sticky with Helpful Dining Links at the top of this board. The online ADR FAQ thread is linked in that thread.

Thanks! We will be making our ADRs on Sunday morning (as soon as we can at like 6 am I believe) so this is very helpful! I've been nervous about using the online system, and thought I would call to confirm our ADRs. Has anyone else called after they booked online to do this?
