Need some advice please :-)

My family of 4(little girls are 3 and 6) is planning a trip to disney the week after thanksgiving... so the 29th-4th.... I have heard most of the crowds die down that week... well to my surprise after doing some digging I found that the Candlelight Proc goes that weekend. I figured that we would do most of the rides tues-thurs and fri and sat would be the days we would go back to the favorites for the last time. Maybe catching a few shows... We are staying at the disneyland hotel so I know we get some preferred seating to a couple of things. My husband does not do well with crowds as we went a few years for the week of thanksgiving and could barely move!! Anyone been that week?? and do you have any suggestions for us?? I have 2 days to change to a diff week if I need to?? HELP??

Where did you get the info about the candlelight processional? I heard it was likely going to be the second weekend in Dec. this year.

I also called disney today and they verified the info.

Disneyland Dining also said Candlelight Processional will be first weekend of December.
