Need some advice on doing Disney with twins

My wife and I will be taking our 6 year old, and our twin 6 month olds next August.

We were thinking of holding the babies on our laps for the flight and having our double stroller with us the entire time. Some days that will be fine, but as I just found out, most restaurants don't allow strollers in them.

So, we're thinking about one of those double strollers with the removable car seats in them.

Is that something that can be rented from a company near Disney and dropped off at our resort? Any recommendations of a good one?
