We are thinking of going to Universal the beginning of June either 1st or 2nd week. Thinking Universal 2 days and then 1 at Wet n Wild. I just don't know if we should stay on property. It is quite a bit more expensive. We went to Disney Oct 2010 but I rented DVC points.
The perks that go with staying on property are great!! But is it worth the extra cost this time of year? Are the crowds heavy at the beginning of June where we would definitely want the Express Pass?
We will be driving so transportation to and from parks are not an issue.
thanks

We have been staying offsite and it is doable but it will likely get crowded. In your case I might opt for park to park tickets if Harry Potter is a priority. Otherwise, get to the parks at rope drop, hit those big attractions first and make sure you get to everything you wish to see.

Just one nights stay will get you 2 days of front of the line privileges. Would that work for you? I wouldn't go in June without the onsite advantage, it will be very crowded especially due to HP.

So even staying just one night gives express pass for both arriving and departing days? I could then stay somewhere else the 2nd night cheaper to go to Wet n Wild.
Is the crowd level too much that I won't want to bother having a 7 yr old and 5 yr old? We were at Disney in Oct and there wasn't a crowd except 1 day. it was great
