My husband had a "reality check" last week and the doctor told him he needs to lose 8 pounds in 4 weeks. Of course one way to help is exercising which he is doing. The other thing the doctor said was that he needed to follow a low fat diet ~ his cholesteral levels were not good! Can anyone suggest any recipes or websites with recipes for low fat meals? I'm a Southern girl at heart and need to learn how to make some delicious meals without all the butter and oil. Thanks in advance for any help anyone can give!
