Need recipe for pineapple stuffing

Does anyone have a recipe for pineapple stuffing?

I sure do! I believe I was the one who originally posted it

Pineapple Stuffing

2 cans crushed pineapple, drained, but not squeezed dry
2 sticks butter, softened
1 cup sugar
8 eggs
12-14 slices cubed bread

Spray a 9x13 pan. Blend butter and sugar, beat in eggs. Add pineapple and mix well. Then fold in bread until all moistened. Bake 325 degrees 1 hour.

**This is the doubled recipe, it makes a 9 x13 pan. It can also be halved to make an 8x8 pan.

Not a dessert, but it is a little sweeter than regular stuffing. We always serve it with ham.

We love this stuffing! We always have it with ham, too. Just doesn't work with other types of meat. I like to use chunk pineapple and I cut them into smaller pieces. Not the big chunk but larger than the crushed.

Thanks for the recipe. I went to 2 grocery stores and can't find any kind of pineapples. I waited to long I guess. I guess I'll have to go and see if WAWA has them
