Pineapple Stuffing
2 cans crushed pineapple, drained, but not squeezed dry
2 sticks butter, softened
1 cup sugar
8 eggs
12-14 slices cubed bread
Spray a 9x13 pan. Blend butter and sugar, beat in eggs. Add pineapple and mix well. Then fold in bread until all moistened. Bake 325 degrees 1 hour.
**This is the doubled recipe, it makes a 9 x13 pan. It can also be halved to make an 8x8 pan.
