My best friend and I are headed to the world for 5 full girls only days in December. We are leaving the husbands and children at home and doing the DDXP, the Candlelight processional, the Christmas Party and anything else that we feel like!
We are taking a tree with us that has pictures of she and I during the years on it as ornaments. We are really excited to spend this time together.
One of the things that we decided to do was to bring 5 gifts for each other. The gifts can't be more than $25 total for all five. They can be memories, pictures, etc.
Try as I might to think of something really cool and neat I can't come up with anything. I had thought of quilt panels that represent different stages of our time (we have been friends for over 10 years) and then have them made into a quilt. However, I don't sew and having it made would be super expensive. So....
Anyone have any cool ideas?
