Need Points for February

We are planning a trip to Disney February 5-12 and need either 252 points (one bedroom) or 314 points (two bedroom) for a villa at Wilderness lodge. We are considering joining the DVC, but would like to try it first. What better way that to rent. Please let me know what is available ASAP. Thanks
