For the last 4 weeks I have weighed in at roughly the same weight (+/- .2 or so). To my body's credit, I have not been "on track" for the last 10 days or so, but that does not account for the two weigh ins before that. And I measured myself yesterday and in April I lost 1.5 inches TOTAL. Lack of weight loss is one thing, but lack of inches is just disheartening.
My birthday celebrations are officially done (least I hope they are), so today I have turned over a new leaf. For the next 5 days I am doing a little detoxing thing. I tried this last week, but birthday dinners make it impossible. So for the next 5 days I plan on eating only whole foods, fruits, veggies, lean meats, and a little dairy for the calcium. No sugar free jello and pudding, breads, cereals, processed meat or anything processed for that matter even healthy processed foods are out.

I am also switching up my exercise routine, plus giving myself an extra rest day (the real age test said I was overdoing it).

Any other suggestions?

It sounds like you have a good plan in place. I don't know what kind of exercise you do but, if you are doing any kind of weight training, you should always alternate upper and lower body. Never work out the same muscle groups 2 days in a row. It builds muscle tone better and keeps your body from stressing out.

Also, it helps to increase the intensity of your aerobic exercise. ie....add short bursts of speed when walking or increase the incline on the treadmill.

I know a lot of this is common knowlege but I also know sometimes we forget the basics when we need them most!! Frustration has a strange effect. LOL!

Good Luck!!
