We are planning a trip to the Beach Club resort for May of 2003. I have AAA and Disney Club. Looks like both will get me a 10% discount on room rates. Do I book through one of these now - and if a discount code comes out later can I change my reservation to that??? I already have a reservation on hold (no credit card given) at Central Reservations - made before I heard back from AAA.

Also any suggestions on Park Hoppers? We are thinking of 7 nights - 2 adults and a 4yr old. We want to go to all the parks but probably won't use water parks much (maybe once) esp if we have Stormalong Bay. There are so many options on everything I don't know what to do or when. I talked to a TA at AAA but she really didn't know much about Disney - ugh! I think I know more than her. I'm pretty good at planning so I'm going to try it on my own - with some help from here hopefully!

Thank you!
Hilary

Hi Hilary !!!

I woudl book now and give them the one night's deposit to hold the room. when the codes come out you can call bacak and apply the code. Just keep checking mousesavers.com.

As for tickets:

I would get the 5 day hopper.
with a little one you can do 1 day each at Epcot, AK and MGM
and two days at MK, with a couple of rest days at the resort.

If 5 park days seems like a lot, just get the four day hopper and see what you can in those four days. You will never see it all in one trip.

I would get a guidebook or two and decide on an itinerary.
wdwig.com is also great for plannign and has resort photos.

happy planning!

That was good advice. Book now change it later if a code comes out. 5 day hopper is a good idea. If you decide to visit a water park you can just pay in cash at the gate. I think you still get a discount with the DC card.

If you want to use a TA - I would skip AAA and go with the experts Dreams Unlimited .

Who also are the TA associated with these boards.
