Need Planning Help!

The past couple of years, we've gone to DisneyWorld and so I'm out of the loop on tips and tricks for DLR. Several questions:

1. Which is the best character breakfast to go to?

2. Are Early Entry and Toontown Madness on separate days?

3. Is Blue Bayou a good place to eat, or are there other better spots?

I'm sure I'll have more questions as our planning goes on. Thanks for the help!

1. Which is the best character breakfast to go to? We didn't really care for the Lilo and Stitch one, and have done Goofy's Kitchen at dinner time and loved it!


2. Are Early Entry and Toontown Madness on separate days? I'm not sure which days EE is available. A ticket to Toontown Madness allows you access to Toontown before it is open to the general public - Toontown opens an hour after the park does everyday.


3. Is Blue Bayou a good place to eat, or are there other better spots? We enjoyed it a few years ago, but it seems to have gotten mixed review lately.

EE is on Mon/Tue/Thurs/Sat

TTMM is on Mon/Wed/Fri/Sat

BB is a great place to eat - cool atmosphere - high price. Reserve in advance and request a waterside table.

You won't have many choices for table service meals in MK. The Blue Bayou is cool because you are actually part of the ride. The food choices are somewhat similar at at Cafe Orleans for a cheaper price but the atmosphere is not the same. We also like the Trotarria a DCA.

Goofy's Kitchen has a wider variety of characters and the food is really good. Think about what characters you really want to see and plan your meal around that. Not many choices of characters at Storytellers

We have enjoyed all of the character breakfasts. It seems each one seems to offer something a little different. Storyteller's atmosphere is a bit less hectic than the others. If you like the most characters then go for Minnie's or Goofy's. For Princesses go with Ariel's. If the food is the most important part, I would say we liked the food at Storytellers or Lilo & Stitch better.

Blue Bayou is a place everyone needs to try at least once for the atmosphere alone. Pricey, yes but so much fun. It is the only place in DL that my family insists on going to every year. So far we have always had great food and service. You cannot request a waterside table over the phone. Try to arrive a few minutes before you reservation and make your request. We have never had to wait longer than 30 minutes for a great table. Their creme brulee is my favorite dessert!
