I made a note to call and get reservations six months out...correct?
We'll (my wife and I) be at WDW July 15-20 (5 nights), staying at the French Quarter and will have the dining plan...
From my visits here awhile back, I sort of settled on the following five dinner full service places:
Le Celier
Ls Chefs de France
Wolfgang Puck Cafe
San Angel Inn
Cap'n Jacks
Trying to get the most for my meal plan...
We don't worry much about location as we have park-hopper tickets and plenty of time...
Are those good choices?
Are they all still included as one-unit full service meals on the plan?
Are there places you think I should substitute...and why?
Does it make sense to try to pick the same time every night...say 7:00 pm?
Any help/opinions are appreciated...

Le Cellier and Le Chefs de France are both on our list for our trip next month. I've never eaten at Wolfgang Puck Cafe, but again that's at Downtown Disney, which would again take you away from the parks for a meal, which I think is a bad idea. At the least, I wouldn't do BOTH Wolfgang Puck Cafe and Cap'n Jack's. I'd pass on San Angel Inn. The food is okay, but the service is spotty, and the restaurant is too dark. It's not romantic -- just plain dark. Cap'n Jack's is okay, especially if you plan on spending a good bit of time at Downtown Disney, and simply must have lobster on the plan (it's the only 1TS place that offers it).
