We have always really liked it. I know at all the locations I have been to, it seems that the service does leave a little something to be desired, but I am a huge movie/trivia buff, so I could stay entertained in that place for a few hours...enough to look and read about everything. If there is one at a location we are visiting, we always try to go to it (for the different movie memorbilia in each.). I personally thought that the food was good, but am a "SAFE" orderer and only choose from 2 or 3 things that I know I have liked in the past...the portions seem pretty big to me.
