Need Pirate Help!

Oh these new pirate games are throwing me for a loop. Truthfully, I was never very good at the old pirate games, it was by the grace and good humor of some fellow Dis'ers (especially Roxane the Pirate Queen!) that got me to be able to move up to level 3 last time.

Can we have a thread, or a meet and sailing time to help those of us who *sock* at pirates move up?
