Heather I hope you find it...for anyone else reading this, even if you preordered your photopass before your trip, enter the code anyway at checkout. I preordered a book and cd for 149, system gave me 20% off the retail rate of book and cd! So it credited me back 45.00 dollars to which I used on extra book pages, ornaments and ended up with free shipping.

Heather can you call the hotel you stayed at directly and ask them for another card code?
