Need original confirmation number to change ticket dates???

I purchased Disney Park tickets in summer 2019. Entered the confirmation number into MDE to link the tickets. Now it is 2020 and I am moving reservation from June 2020 to March 2021 and Disney needs my confirmation number in order to change the ticket dates. Egad! Where do I find the confirmation number????

If you go to My Profile in MDE, does it list the conf # there? It does for mine. It's under the Memberships and Passes.

It’s not there.
So the twist is I actually bought the tickets as a gift. I loaded the tickets into my friend’s MDE and gave her the letter from Disney with the actual hard tickets.
I have access to her MDE account and can’t see any confirmation number for tickets, just for resort.
I checked my own MDE and I can’t see any ticket confirmation numbers there either

Above the resort should be a link to tickets and memory maker with the numbers.

If DISNEY can't "see" the confirmation numbers in the MDX system, I don't know what to tell you.

Once tickets are loaded into an MDX account, the tickets should be able to be "seen" by Disney if they (Disney) look at that guest's MDX account from their (Disney's) own computers.

I had trouble using MDE yesterday so I wonder if their system was down or having issues or something?

I bought a ticket for my cousin which was supposed to be for our April trip which was canceled. We were able to go into my MDE account and under Tickets & Memory Maker we clicked on Change Ticket next to her ticket and changed the ticket dates ourselves.

Hope you can get it changed!

To jump onboard with zianha - I'd check with them again because the system can get wonky and sometimes newer cast members may not know how to 'dig' for the older info.

Also, you should also have gotten an email when you originally purchased the tickets. If you possibly saved that email, then it would be on there too.
