Hi-- we are doing some changing around with our ADRs... On our Magic Kingdom day we are going back to our hotel and eating before out before heading back to MK for EMH. (we have a rental car).

Anyhow-- which would you chose -- Spoodles or Cape May Cafe? We are doing plenty of other buffets and character meals, so I was leaning towards Spoodles for a treat for DH and for me!

I tried to get an ADR for Tony's or 1900 that night and they are booked, but Spoodles and CM have available times.

thanks!
jen

Well, CM would have more variety so if you have picky eaters it might be a good option. We've eaten there twice now and been very disappointed with the quality of the seafood and found the "American" comfort side pretty meh. Desserts are good. Oreo bon bons - yum! We probably won't return for dinner again.

We love Spoodles' atmosphere and food but the menu is definitely limited (and getting smaller all of the time). We've never had a bad dish there though. Have you looked at the menu at allearsnet.com?

We LOVE Spoodles, so that would be my vote. It has some great options and the food is so good!!

thanks everyone... I think Spoodles it is! yea! an adult food restaurant.. DD7 #1 favorite food is calamari and they have it..so it looks great!

thanks again-jen

Oh, don't let me scare you. :-) You should try it for yourself, if it really sounds good. Cape May seems to provoke a love it or hate it reaction here so someone will be by to give the alternate view soon.

I hope to try the Wave soon! The menu looks good.

We have done Spoodles and Cape May Breakfast and we love Cape May, the food is always awesome and so much to choose from.

Spoodles breakfast stunk! The food was super greasy and way overcooked. The kicker of it is for $10 more (because drinks are included at buffets) we could have had a much better meal at Cape May

You know, bith of these are good. Depends on my mood which I like better. It's a toss up - but Cape May is an awesome buffet ----
