Need opinions on hotels for 1 night

I need a room for 1 night prior to checking into POR. All we require is an inexpensive hotel, clean room, free continental breakfast and close proximity to WDW[not much huh? ]. Here are the choices we have so far:
-LaQuinta Inn Lakeside
-Comfort Inn Lake Buena Vista
-Quality Inn Main Gate West

We got this hotel last October using the AAA rate. It was $44.10 a night.

Nice clean hotel, just outside the gates of Downtown Disney. All Hampton Inns include free continental breakfast.
