Need opinions from people with multiple use years.

Curious (and I may have missed this as I just scanned through some other threads) does anyone have direct points across two UYs? Long story short - I missed the boat adding on in May for my June UY but still would like to do it and utilize MB for 2024. My second UY is December and currently doesn’t have any direct points.

I’d primarily use these new points for spring break (March) so a Dec UY would work well for that and not risk changes after June’s banking deadline. I also would love to go the Favorite Week route again, and this would open up some new options that wasn’t possible for June.

Thoughts for anyone who has done this? I would want the ability to combine to book larger rooms but since I have to wait until 7 months anyway, I’m not sure if it’ll be that big of a deal.

I do have direct points in two different UYs. I added on my 300 points at VGF in 2022 by putting 150 in June and 150 in Dec.

But, we don’t combine and never will. If we need more, I borrow instead of transfer.

If it works well for your March trip, it works. But, if you want to regularly combine, it’s going to rely on having to transfer and you only get one in or out per UY.
