Need Offsite Hotel for One Night

We are driving from PA and plan to drive 10 hours one day and 5 the next. We will be staying at the Poly for 6 nights, but want to get in the night before so we can check in early at the Poly and have 7 full days at the parks. So we would like to find an inexpensive hotel for the first night.

I have been reading the books trying to find an inexpensive alternative for one t night, but I get confused on pricing because there are 5 of us and in some hotels that means a suite. Can anyone recommend a nice offsite hotel for 5 people? It doesn't need to be fancy - all we are looking for is a pool and a short drive to DTD Disney which is where we plan to go first night.

I would try the Best Western Lakeside, Cheap, but quite comfortable , It has a 2 Pools, and Mini Golf, it is about a 10 minute drive from Downtown Disney.

I would try Priceline or Hotwire.. even if it turns out not the be the greatest place, you would be out of there early in the morning.... however, I would not go lower than a 2.5 star... lower would not be too decent...

this is one of the DD hotels - you can't get much closer to DD.
