Need non-kid restuarant advice inside parks - MK, Epcot, AK, TL

I can't tell if the restaurants on the restaurant board are inside or outside disney, so I thought I would ask this here.

What are the good places to go for lunch inside MK, Epcot, AK and Typhoon Lagoon? We won't have kids so we hopefully can avoid bad kid food restaurants! And ideally want places that are pretty fast to eat (which I assume would be the case for most places inside the parks).

What are the nicer places for a longer dinner?

What about Epcot. Any particularly good ethnic restaurants there?

The Restaurants board is indeed for discussion about dining in Disneyworld, so you should re-post your question there. You'll get lots of answers, trust me.

The dining page at www.allearsnet.com offers sample menus, which are a real plus.

Magic Kingdom - we generally leave the park and take a boat or monorail over to the Polynesian to eat at Kona Cafe but Columia Harbor HOuse has some good choices. I really like the chicken salad at Pecos Bill's.

Animal Kingdom - Flame Tree Barbeque is very good but the seating is all outdoors - which is not the best when it is hot. Tusker House has air conditioning and some tasty choices.

Disney-MGM Studios. Mama Melrose is my fav for sit-down. ABC Commissary is a good counterservice choice.

Epcot - lots of great choices but I don't particularly recommend the China pavilion.
