Hi everyone,

Im taking my sister & brother-in-law, and my two neices (ages 7 & 9) to DisneyWorld from Aug 26 to Sept 2 (7 days/8 Nights). Im having so much fun planning all these surprises for them!!!

So far, I've upgraded our last 4 nights from POP to a Deluxe-Room Wilderness Lodge stay. They think we're staying value the whole time :)

I plan on getting the girls some gift baskets when we arrive from the Disney florist. Ive also booked a Wishes Fireworks Cruise & the Hoop-De-Do-Revue. We're doing the Cinderella Castle Lunch, but they know about that one.

Any other ideas you guys could share?
I'm on a roll!!!

thanx in advance!!!!!

when you check in to WL, see if you can sign up to be Flag Family.

I collect all sorts of little Disney themed items before our trip (stickers, Pez candies, sunglasses, etc...) and pack them in my suitcase. We always go to DTD on the morning of our arrival. DH takes the kids to McDonald's and the Lego store while I run to World of Disney to pick up extra treats to hide for later.

When we check in-- I always go to our room first and leave a special something on the bed for the kids. Last year it was autograph books, pens, beanies, and chocolates with a special note from Mickey.

Then, for the rest of our trip, every morning I'm the last one out of our room and I leave something on the bed for the kids to find when we return. Some days it's something as simple as a little chocolate coin on their pillow with a character on it. Other days it may be a sticker book or Timon and Pumbaa beanie animals. I plan the surprises according to the next days activites and kind of follow a theme. It's fun for me to do this for them!

To this day, my kids (ages 4,5) really believe the characters come into our room while they are gone and leave these gifts. It's priceless to see the look on their faces when we return to our room every night! :cloud9:
