More likely to come through waitlist: BWV or BCV for 2 bd first week of Feb

We booked a 2/1-2/9 2 bedroom villa stay at OKW last night but ideally would love to be on Crescent Lake. Would Boardwalk or Beach Club give better odds at getting a 2 bedroom waitlist to come through?

Neither. Bcv does not have many and bw are all 2 bedroom lockoffs. I would go w a 1 bedroom if you can

BWV is larger, but all of their 2 br.s are lock offs, so you are subject to studio demand too.
I’d put in 2 WLs, one for a BWV pool/garden view 2 br. - there are 90 of them, & one for a BC dedicated 2 br - there are 78 of them.
However, an 8 night waitlist for Feb. @ 5 months has a low probability of filling at either resort IMO.
You might consider 2 shorter waitlists if you’re willing to do a split stay.

BW Pool/Garden View has the highest likelihood because it has the largest inventory.

You can have two waitlists, so create one for both, and if one fills then cancel the other one.

...except that you'd need a studio and a 1BR to become available simultaneously to be able to put together the 2BR lockoff.

OP: because you can have two waitlists, I'd put in one for BCV, and one for BWV-Garden/Pool. But, you have a very long stay, so getting that via waitlist is a bit of a hard ask anyway, let alone at these two. I would not expect them to hit.

This is useful information and I would agree unlikely either waitlist would fill. And switching resorts is not easy for 7 day trip. Worth putting both in and hopefully one may be filled. Good luck

Close to zero chance of either, but you could try doing a split stay by waitlisting and stalking at BCV.

Trying to get a lockoff at BWV requires too much good luck. There are probably multiple waitlists in ahead of you for studio nights so even if someone let go a 2 bedroom for your exact reservation it wouldn't come back to availability as a two bedroom pending other waitlists.
