I am trying to get DDP straight. We are staying CSR and I have been reviewing the Pepper Market menu. My DD and I are vegetarians so I am limited to what I can get a counter service unless someone is willing to prepare something for me minus the chicken or beef.

For breakfast, I noticed I could get a Waffle with toppings. Is that all I can get with my DDP? What if I want hashbrowns to go with it? Am I only allowed the Waffle with fruit topping? But if a meal says Eggs with Bacon and Hashbrowns, because it is considered a complete meal, it is considered 1 credit?

For dinner, if I wanted a pizza with maybe some some fries or cole slaw, I can only count the pizza as 1 credit and I would have to pay for the fries or cole slaw? But if a hamburger or hot dog comes with fries that is 1 credit because it is considered a meal, right?

Sorry that I am asking but I need to prepare. Thanks!

The dining plan is a little tricky but hopefully you'll get it straight before you go.

There are two types of meals on the DDP

Table service
and
Counter service

I believe your questions are regarding the counter service.

For breakfast you get an entree/combo meal and a drink. The entree could be a plattered meal or just a breakfast sandwich. If there is a meal with waffle and hasbrowns then yes that would be considered.

For lunch or dinner you get an entree/combo meal, dessert, and a drink.
The entree/combo meal would be burger/fries, sandwich/chips, pizza/fries.

Knowing that there are lots of vegetarians and people watching their weight there are usually alternatives and allow substitutions on those items that are not pre-made.

I'm sure that didn't help much, but good luck and happy eating at the world.

We stayed at CSR on our last trip. I personally think the Pepper Market was awesome. They make whatever you order when you order it, so I';m sure getting something without the meat won't be any problem for you. They also have specials daily for lunch and dinner which changes up some of the reg items. The salad bar was FANTASTIC and the choices are just great over there. I think it is one of the best values on property for a CS meal! If you have any questions please feel free to ask! Happy eating!

Pepper Market has items like the rib eye steak which aren't generally available at other counter service restaurants. Pepper Market is pretty generous with what's allowed, I'm not sure how much extra flexibility they'll give you.

You get an entree or a combo but you don't get to "make your own combo". Your example is good, a burger comes with fries but a pizza doesn't. You get whatever a cash customer gets with an entree. Breakfast isn't generally a good use of credits. Pepper Market might let you substitute something if you don't want bacon. I'm not sure what they'd give you if you delete the meat from a stir fry entree.

Kat isn't the salad bar at CSR in th Maya grill restaurant? We were there last November and there was not a salad bar inthe Peppermarket unless they have added it since which would be great. There are many choices at the Peppermarket and they even have a nice bakery where some of those items are included as well.

There is a Salad Section, just like there's a grill and a mexican section. They have reg salads, tuna and other stuff like hat and a Chef's Salad (pictured below) which had anything on it you wanted!
