My daughter's chorus group will be at the MK on Saturday, April 22 (I know, a very busy time, but they are there for a festival). The Chorus Director wants them to all meet to see the fireworks at 10 and then get on the bus from there as a group. We also want them to be able to ride rides as long as possible, since about half of them have never been to the MK(yes, we all live in Florida, but we are way up in the Panhandle). Main street will be very crowded, and we're talking about 120 people. I know the train does not operate during the parades, but does it after the fireworks between the parades? Then they could meet over by the teacups and catch the train to the main station.

So anyone who has any ideas and can help, it is greatly appreciated! :)

This sounds like something that is going to be really hard to organize, especially with that many kids, um, young adults, all wanting to go their seperate ways. I went with my high school chior twice to WDW and here's what we did...Every morning, (other than the days we were to perform) our bus dropped us off at the transportation and ticket center and we were told we could do what we wanted as long as we were back to the TTC at a given time. If the students are responsible enough, then it might be a better idea to just have a time to meet back at the bus. Unless there's some reason that you all HAVE to watch the fireworks together, it might be a better idea to meet outside of the park. If the kids are too young or you don't trust them on their own, how about a certain number of kids per chaperone so at least that way you can worry about 20 or so at a time instead of 120. I wasn't able to answer your question and think of a meeting place but I hope I helped a little. :)

The chorus director wanted to watch the fireworks together, and I told her I would try and help. My suggestion was to meet at the very front of the park after the fireworks (the flowers at the foot of the train station by the turnstiles). I think she wants to make sure everyone is out of the park before going to the bus. (They had a problem last year at Universal getting everyone out on time.)

Thanks for the help!
