I am having 75 people over tomorrow night for a pasta bar. I bought 3 giant bags of meatballs from Sams club. I need to know the best way to cook them. I do not want to add them to the sauce as I am having three different kinds of sauces.
I have chaffing dishes. Please tell me the best way to prepare them?
