Need Mastercard NOW!!!

I am booking a cruise on Expedia and if I pay with a Mastercard I get $200 onboard credit. Of course I have Chase Disney Rewards Visa and a couple other Visas, Discover, Amex, No mastercard.
Is there any bank that I can apply online and get a credit card number now to use to pay? I know I can't with Capital One or Citibank.
I remember applying online and getting account number immediately--maybe with airline or Orbitz or what???

Do you have the pay the entire balance of the cruise or just a deposit? You could always purchase a prepaid Mastercard today and use that. Then you don't have to apply for a new credit card.

That's a great idea! The cruise is soon so final payment is due now. Getting a great last minute deal but OBC is great to get if I can.
So...... buy $2500 prepaid MC at Target with my 5% redcard discount, then pay and get $200 OBC. Go through ebates and get more cash back. Can you use prepaid MC to pay online? Booking through Expedia.

No 5% REDCard discount on prepaid gift cards. Otherwise, I guess your logic is sound, assuming that the ebates cash back is from using their portal to book on Expedia and not because you're going through them to get a Target .com ebate.

As for using the prepaid MC for payment on Expedia, that's a roll of the dice. Check their FAQs or better yet, give them a call before you invest a huge chunk of money on a MC gift card.
