Need Link to Sample Rental Contract Please

DH talked me into cruising in Alaska this summer instead of Disney trip

Search function not working, anybody have link to sample rental contract they'd be willing to share?

I've only done transfers between members before-no contract (rather nervous as to intricacies involved in renting banked points) & would like to review contract before posting on rental thread.

Just so i have it right, is this correct?:

*banked points can be listed anytime

*confirmed ressie only a month prior to arrival date?

*what is typical arrangement re payment? deposit requested upfront, with balance due - when?

You can offer to make a reservation (Points for Rent) using banked, current or even borrowed points.

Existing reservations may only be offered on the DIS Rent/Trade Board 30 days or less before arrival.

Just be sure you are happy with any arrangements you make. Be sure to protect yourself in case the renter doesn't send payment, but be aware you are also competing with other members to rent too.
