I'm busy making a few things for our 4th of July cookout
Now I'm at a stand still on which dessert to serve, any opinions would be VERY helpful. Thanks.

1. Homemade icecream.

2. An icecream bar with lots of toppings

3. Frozen Lemonade Pie.

I wouldn't ask me, because I'd have all three.

I've never even heard of frozen lemonade pie, but count me in - I'd love to try it.:D

I think Ice cream bar is easiest if you dont have a ton of time to prepare..but also the messiest.

Next I would go with homemade ice cream.

(But that is my favorite food ever..so i am biased!)

LOL Come on over Pop Daddy...I'll even let ya play horseshoes with us. Thanks for the replies I think I'll do the icecream bar AND the frozen lemonade pie. But now I'm torn between lemonade pie and a frozen margarita pie. ahhhhh:confused:

How about the frozen lemonade pie and just a frozen margarita??:)

Can I place a vote for Strawberry Shortcake? Add some blueberries as well and you've got a very "Patriotic" dessert!!!

We always do the ice cream bar.....this will be the 20th year.
It is always a hit!

I have everyone bring a topping....we get a wide variety.
