Need some help in deciding what to request for room location for our trip at the end of Sept. We're staying in a 2 br, savannah view in Kidani Village and it's our first trip there (we've stayed in Jambo but not Kidani). While I normally don't make room requests, this trip has turned out to be a little different. DH will be 5 months off of knee repacement surgery but he's back to normal so no issue (according to him), however I found out some not so good news last week and turns out I will be having hysterectomy in 3 weeks which will put our Disney trip at week 4 of recovery. My dr. said that I should be able to go but to be prepared for heavy fatigue. We'll be traveling with our adult daughter and her friend and while they will be in full tilt, park comando mode, while DH and I have a much more laid back style
. I do think it would be good though to maybe request a room near transportation but I don't want to compromise the view. A good view is probably top of the list followed by being close to transportation or lobby (doesn't that sound familiar?
).
For those of you who have stayed there, what would you suggest? Is there a specific room or section that you think might be better? I realize it's only a request and we'll be fine with whatever room we get. I just want to conserve as much energy as possible so I can enjoy the time with family! I'll most likely be coming home to a round of radiation and/or chemo so I want to savor this trip!! TIA
