OK, I need some advice! :wizard:

We are going to Disney World in November. I've been planning our trip and already made ADRs for almost all of the days. However, I'm having a little trouble with the first day and Thursday.

Sunday Nov. 12 - Should we head to EPCOT or Animal Kingdom? The only other day we have left open is Thursday, so we'll visit the other park on that day.

It's Super Soap Weekend, so I know MGM will be crowded (so that's out). But this is also the last weekend of the International Food and Wine Festival at EPCOT = will that draw a lot of crowds? The last official day is Monday. We already saw it before, so that's no a big deal if we miss it.

It's also tentatively the first day of the new Finding Nemo show at Animal Kingdom. Wondering if the first official day of the show will draw larger crowds than usual. If the first show gets delayed to later in the week, we would REALLY hate to miss it.

So our first day in the parks - where should we go? EPCOT or Animal Kingdom? We want to make a dining reservation for Le Cellier on our EPCOT day, so we need to make a decision soon. :thumbsup2

Advice please? Help please? :confused3

Wow, you posted this same thread 2 minutes later and I answered that one, you should go in and delete one of these.

We'll be there at the same time and we have chosen Epcot as our park that day solely because of the Epcot "Eat to the Beat" series. November 12th is the last day. On that evening, Jon Secada will be performing at the American Gardens Theatre at 5:45, 7:15 and 8:30pm. I'm not a Jon Secada fan by any means, but I do remember being there a few years ago and being thoroughly entertained by Chubby Checker, so I'm hoping to get that same feeling. It was just a great feeling being outside on a beautiful star-filled evening, in an open air theatre with music filling the air. Everybody really got into the show. It's not a theatre that you are locked into staying for the whole performance either...people were coming and going at their leisure, with most people up on their feet dancing. It was a really nice way to end our day...we were humming the whole way back to our resort.

You might have a point about Animal Kingdom being a little more crowded because of the Finding Nemo attraction opening.

Either way, have a great vacation!

You have certainly done your research. I would do Animal Kingdom to be one of the first to see the New Nemo show.
