I've been looking at dining availability on the app, and have an idea of the order in which I need to make my dining reservations. However, I have never made reservations other at 180 days or post Covid, so would appreciate your critique. We will take anything within an hour-hour and a half range of our hoped for time
Day 1, Saturday, Morimota Asia at 7:30pm-
Day 2, Sunday, Sci Fi Dine In at 11am and Oga's Cantina at 3pm,
Day 3, Monday, Chefs de France at 630pm,
Day 4,, Tuesday, Same as Saturday if we could not get these, or Hollywood Brown Derby at 11am if we could.
Day 5, Wednesday- we will be in AK and eating in quick service or use Landry's card-
Day 6, Thursday-Be Our Guest at noon
My idea is to do day 2 first, then switch with day 4 if that doesn't work out-
Day 6 second-
Which should I do third? Morimota Asia or Chefs de France? I'm thinking Morimoto Asia as it is a Saturday in Disney Springs and Chefs de France seems to have more availability, but need your feedback. Thanks-

The ones I think you’ll have the most trouble with are day 2. Sci-fi and Oga’s seem to both be filling up more than 60 days out. But if you switch with your day 4, it’d probably work out.

also, A magic kingdom BoG reservation for after park close is pretty exciting, as well. Get to enjoy the quiet evening stroll down main street with very few people around.

flame tree in AK is very easy to mobile order from, has lots of outdoor dining seats, and has great views of the character flotillas. Plus the food is delicious.

A couple additional suggestions, if you like character meals at all, Hollywood and Vines new menu is really good and Topolinos breakfast is spectacular. We did this on our fly away day, so was a grand finale for the trip. If you’ve never been here and have time, I highly recommend.

other than that, have a great time. WDW food was spectacular everywhere we went.

We have done Hollywood and Vine a couple of times pre-Covid, and loved the characters but not the food! Good to know that is now a better option. We love Flametree and Satuli and plan on making those our lunch/dinner in AK- we may try Topolinos our departure day-how hard is it to get?

As long as you do all your reservations at the 60+ window, you should get what you're looking for at Topolinos, especially for booking your last day. Just be sure to book 3-4 hours before your flight so you have plenty of time to enjoy your meal as well as make your flight.

I was even able to adjust our reservation time a few weeks before going as our flight kept getting moved around. Finally settled on a 1pm flight, so booked breakfast at 930. But if you wait til a few days before, that'll be more difficult.

We enjoyed H&V precovid, maybe we were just really hungry?😂, but I've read lots of reports from people that swore it off that really enjoy the post reopening food options. I'd stick with your first choices though and just use it as a backup if you need something. We liked having sit down meals in HS due to lack of quick service options and lack of tables available.
